Should you have to cancel your journey for any reason, or your journey is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, the Full Refund Program protects your investment by offering you a 100% refund*. To be eligible for this additional protection, your payment for the FRP fee must be received within 14 days of your initial deposit/payment, and your program must be cancelled 1 or more days before your departure date.
